BarnAid ("we", "us") built this app to provide general, AI-assisted veterinary guidance for farm animals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

- Animal profiles you create, including name, species, breed, photos, and health records such as vaccinations, medications, and diagnoses.
- Photos and descriptions you submit for condition analysis.

We use your information to analyze animal conditions, generate treatment guidance, save your records, and provide the features of the app. We do not sell your personal information.
AI Processing
When you submit a photo or description for diagnosis, it is sent to our AI providers for analysis. This processing is necessary to deliver the diagnosis results you request.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect it, but no system can guarantee complete security.

You can access and manage your data within the app. To permanently delete your account and all associated records, open Settings and use “Delete Account”. This action cannot be undone.

Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Once you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems.
